As mentioned in the meeting packet and previous emails, this is a very important meeting as we will elect 2 new HOA board members to replace the 2 positions previously held by the developer. This will be the first time in our HOA history to have full homeowner control of the HOA board.
However, in order for this meeting and election to occur we must have a quorum of no less than 50% of our homeowners either in attendance or by proxy.
Therefore, if you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form assigning your proxy to a homeowner you know will be in attendance. You can assign your proxy for either quorum only, or for both quorum and voting purposes. There is only 1 vote per household, so you need to submit only 1 proxy per household.
If assigning a proxy, please complete and email your proxy to Brianca@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than noon May 26, 2021.
